Honey Bees Nursery

We have been absolutely delighted to welcome our youngest children into our school community.  We welcome siblings and also some new to Hoole St. Michael families.  We are so excited about forming positive relationships with our children and families, making a strong foundation on which to build your child’s confidence.

Miss Radcliffe, our caring and enthusiastic teaching assistant (TA3) is our Honey Bees leader.  Honey Bees have opportunities throughout their time in school to work in a small group of nursery children as well as having the opportunity to integrate with our reception children within our EYFS unit and our great outdoor areas.

Our Honey Bee children have a ‘Guardian Angel’ from Endeavour class (Year 5 and Year 6.)  During the week, the Guardian angels sit with the children during whole school worship and spend time playing at lunchtime.  Throughout the year, there are opportunities for our Guardian Angels and their Honey Bee to spend time to read, create, have lunch and join in with activities.  We love seeing these caring and respectful relationships grow between the children.

Check out some of the fun we have been up to in Honey Bees throughout the year !
